Chef Lester “Lay Lay” Fontelio, has been carving up culinary masterpieces for over 20 years. He has worked at the world re-known 5 star Rosewood Little Dix Bay hotel for 15 years where he studied under many great chefs before moving up to sous chef. Because of his love and passion for preparing lasting impressions for meals, Lay Lays Catering Services was created where he can personaly treat each person to their own private meals.

We take care of all the details, from preparation to clean up. Our prices are disclosed up front in your event contract, and we do not impose hidden charges.
